Davina Cooper, Reader in law and social theory at the University of Warwick, won the 1993 Sir Ernest Barker Prize for Political Thoery and in 1994 was a visiting scholar at the law school of British Columbia. She is the author of Power in Struggle and Sexing the City Rivers Oram Press).
