Über den Autor
Dr. Michael Schüßler completed his dissertation (2018) at the Munich School of Management at LMU Munich, Germany, under the supervision of Professor Ingo Weller. In his research, he focused on the integration of macro and micro perspectives in Human Resource Management, experimental HR, and HR Analytics. During his doctoral studies he worked as a research and teaching assistant at LMU Munich. He holds a degree as a Psychologist and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Economics from the University of Würzburg, as well as a Master of Business Research degree from LMU Munich.
