Über den Autor


Abdulaziz Duri is Professor of History at the University of Jordan. He was previously President of Baghdad University between 1963 and 1968. He is the author of The Historical Formation of the Arab Nation: A Study in Identity and Consciousness (1987), and a range of other books on Islamic History and Arab Nationalism.
