George Rollie Adams is the author of the novel South of Little Rock, winner of four independent publishing awards for regional and social issues fiction, and the biography General William S. Harney: Prince of Dragoons, a finalist for the Army Historical Foundation's Distinguished Book Award. He is a native of southern Arkansas and a former teacher and history museum executive with graduate degrees in history and education.
