Über den Autor
Brian Bow is Associate Professor of Political Science at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He is the author of The Politics of Linkage: Power, Interdependence, and Ideas in Canada-US Relations (UBC Press), winner of the Donner Prize as the best public policy book published in Canada in 2009, and the co-editor (with Patrick Lennox) of An Independent Foreign Policy for Canada? Challenges and Choices for the Future (University of Toronto Press, 2008). He has also published more than a dozen book chapters and articles on Canadian foreign policy, Canada-US relations, and North American regional integration. Arturo Santa-Cruz is Professor of Pacific Studies and director of the North American Studies program at the University of Guadalajara, Mexico. He is the author of International Election Monitoring, Sovereignty, and the Western Hemisphere Idea: The Emergence of an International Norm (Routledge, 2005), and editor of What's in a Name? Globalization, Regionalization, and APEC (University of Guadalajara/Sydney University of Technology, 2004). He has also published extensively on regional politics in the Asia-Pacific, Mexico-US relations, and Mexican foreign policy.
