Über den Autor
After a career with IBM Federal Systems, Dr. John H. Dobbins transferred to the Defense Acquisition University as a Professor of Acquisition Management. In 2005 he joined The MITRE Corporation, supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the National Counter-Terrorism Center (NCTC) under the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). He retired from MITRE in 2015. As a hobby, he makes functional pottery in his studio.
