Über den Autor

Greg Malouf has inspired a generation of young chefs and transformed the international restaurant scene with his passion for the flavours of North Africa and the Middle East. After serving his formal apprenticeship in several of Melbourne's finest restaurants, he went on to work in France, Italy, Austria and Hong Kong. He spent a year as head chef at London's Petersham Nurseries where he was awarded a Michelin star and has recently opened a new restaurant in Dubai.
