Roy Moodley, PhD, is an associate professor of counseling psychology at the University of Toronto, Canada. Marguerite Lengyell, EdD (candidate), is in the Counseling and Psychotherapy Department at the University of Toronto. Rosa Wu, PhD, is a registered clinical counselor in Vancouver, British Columbia. Uwe P. Gielen, PhD, is professor emeritus and executive director of the Institute for International and Cross-Cultural Psychology at St. Francis College, New York.
