WEIXIANG SHEN, PHD, is Associate Professor, Faculty of Science, Engineering and Technology, Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia. Dr. Shen is an Editor of Vehicles, a guest Editor of Sustainability, and a guest Editor of IEEE Access.
