Über den Autor


Philippe Petit is Artist in Residence of the Cathedral of St. John the Divine and has performed on the high wire more than 80 times around the world. He also street juggles, lectures and practices close up magic on a regular basis. He is the subject of the award winning documentary film, Man on Wire, and the main character in two New York Times' bestsellers, Colum McCann's Let the Great World Spin and the children's book The Man Who Walked Between the Towers by Mordicai Gerstein. He is also author of the books Man on Wire and To Reach the Cloud.
