Über den Autor
Pamela Carlisle-Frank is the President and primary researcher at The Foundation for Interdisciplinary Research and Education Promoting Animal Welfare [FIREPAW, Inc.]. She has a Ph.D. in Behavioral and Social Sciences from the University of California. Co-Author Tom Flanagan, a retired Boston law enforcement officer, is the founder and Vice President of the Link-UP Program, an educational network linking law enforcement, animal control, social services, and other municipal agencies to stop animal abuse.
