Über den Autor
Acclaimed British poet Rupert Brooke (1887-1915) established a literary career with volumes such as Poems 1911 before going on to join the Royal Naval Division, in which he died during the First World War. He is perhaps best remembered for his war poetry, in particular his five 'War Sonnets'.
