This book therefore takes a look at the access granted to NGOs by the state to the planning and decision-making processes in foreign and security policy. Über den Autor
Andreas Werner, M.A., studied Political Science, International Relations, Philosophy as well as Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of Marburg and at the Mount Allison University, Canada. He successfully defended his PhD thesis at the University of Münster in 2015. He currently works as a research associate at the German Police University.
