Paul Gilbert
The Compassionate Mind
Buch
A leading authority on depression draws on recent research to explain how readers can develop compassion for themselves and others. Here, he explores how our minds have developed to be both sensitive and quick to react to perceived threats, and how this can also be a source of anxiety, depression and aggression.
