Über den Autor
Carmel Roofe is Lecturer in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of the West Indies, Mona, Jamaica. She is a member of the Institute for Educational Administration and Leadership-Jamaica and a University Fellow at the Charles Darwin University, Australia. Her career in teaching spans both the secondary and higher education levels of the education system. Christopher Bezzina is Professor of educational leadership at the Faculty of Education, University of Malta, and the Department of Education, Uppsala University, Sweden. He is both a Commonwealth and Fulbright Scholar and is currently vice-president of the Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration and Management.
