THE OSHA MAN, meets Criminal Defense lawyer Sandara Lerner for the first time and is hired to investigate the murders of Lola Whitely and Roberto Allen at the El Cyuga mall and housing project in southwest Houston. Fee for service and cash up front, Dirk lands in an armored car heist, bank robbery, earth quake, hurricane, torrential flood, drug war shoot out, drug bust, and an assassin from Canada wanted by Interpol. Satisfied with his performance, Sandra hires Dirk to investigate the disappearance of Arab Anesthesiologist Shari Lanka and the serial murders and mutilations of three black coeds from Saint Nicholas University.
