Arena4You is an occupational orientation project introducing the many different professions behind the scenes at large sports arenas. Adolescents explore the various types of work required in the background of major sports events on Stadium Day of the experimental planning game SIM and at the Arena4You event. Material is prepared for schools and stadia in module form for the implementation of this original occupation exploration, with which measures can be prepared and reviewed.
