He is also director of the Center for study of conflicts, liberty and security (CCLS), France.Emmanuel-Pierre Guittet is lecturer in Politics at the University of Manchester, UK. He is also associate researcher at the International Centre for Comparative Criminology and the Canada Research Chair in Security, Identity and Technology at the University of Montreal, Canada.R.B.J.
