Über den Autor
Michael Dickmann is Professor of International Human Resource Management and Director of the MSc in Management at Cranfield University, UK. His research interests are predominantly in international HRM and global careers. He is Editor of The International Journal of Human Resource Management. Chris Brewster is professor of international human resource management at Henley Business School, UK, Vaasa University, Finland, and Radboud University, the Netherlands. He researches international and comparative HRM, and has published more than 25 books, and almost 200 journal articles.Paul Sparrow is Director of the Centre for Performance-led HR and Professor of International Human Resource Management at Lancaster University, UK. He is Lead Editor of the Journal of Organizational Effectiveness and is included in the Top 10 Most Influential HR Thinkers for Human Resources magazine 2014-2015.
