I really don't know John. I really only know of John, by virtue of pastoring in the same province and denomination together. I mention this to say that by reading his book, I finally had the chance to get to know him! In doing so, I felt that I'd met a kindred spirit. John W. Telman has served in pastoral ministry for more than twenty-eight years in three countries (Canada, the United States, and Singapore)-twenty years as worship pastor, and eight as lead pastor. He has an earned doctorate from Providence Theological Seminary in Manitoba. John and his wife Carole write with the purpose of focusing on who God is. He serves as lead pastor of Hickory Grove Community Church in Ottumwa, Iowa.
