Currently Director of Patient Safety and Clinical Quality (Chief Nurse) for NHS Suffolk. Dr. Lynne Wigens is the author of first edition of this book and series editor for the Foundations in Nursing and Healthcare series and the Expanding Nursing and Health Care Practice series, and co-author of An Introduction to Research - another title in the Foundations series.
