SCATTERED SHADOWS

Scattered Shadows tackles the unseen spiritual world around us while bringing together a known psychiatric condition with the alleged reality of supernatural activity. Joshua Gregory Pierce is a forty-nine-year-old, anal-retentive night manager at Walmart. He sees and hears things that others cannot. Although he recognizes this as a gift, he has kept it a secret even from his closest confidants. Now with the advent of a new girlfriend in his life, Sarah Mickey, that may be about to change. Through supernatural means, Joshua knows of the carnal activities that Sarah's thirteen-year-old daughter, Jessica, shares with her older boyfriend, Terrence Beck, and the demonic activities that they have begun to entertain. How can he inform his girlfriend of this gift or oddity and the twisted knowledge that it brings him? Even when the voices commence to tell him that Sarah's life is at risk, he struggles with this inner conflict. Nonetheless, he is truly happy to see that the eyes of Sarah are not that of a Serpent's but soon discovers, unfortunately, that the eyes of her daughter are. How will he inform Sarah of the pending appointment they share with otherworldly entities from another dimension? How can he share with Sarah about the things he sees and hears without being labeled schizophrenic? How will he convince Sarah that her daughter must be done away? Is it all even possible?
