Anticorrosive property of green inhibitors assembled on nanoparticles
Green corrosion inhibitors are rich source of necessary elements such as O, C, N and S, which are active in organic compounds. These assist in adsorption of these compounds on metals or alloys to form a film that protects the surface and resists corrosion. Henceforth, protective films are formed on the metal surface and hence corrosion is prevented. Apart from being inexpensive and readily available plant products are non-toxic and biodegradable.
