Über den Autor
Larry D. Browning is associate professor of communication studies at the University of Texas at Austin. He is author of numerous book chapters and refereed journal articles in business communication and interfirm cooperation. Judy C. Shetler has a master's in communication from the University of Texas at Austin and is working on a Ph.D. in organizational communication. She is author of several convention papers, a book chapter, and several refereed journal articles in business communication.
