As an accomplished Chef, he prepared and served the food for Vice President Dan Quale. This event highlighted his visit back to Indianapolis for the 500 Mile Race. As Executive Chef for the Convention Center for downtown Cincinnati, Ohio for a year, he catered an event for the Mayor of Columbus, Ohio.
