Über den Autor
Morag Goodwin is an associate professor at Tilburg Law School in the Netherlands. She is a former researcher at the European Roma Rights Center in Budapest and has been published widely on the topic of Romani exclusion. Paul De Hert is an international fundamental rights expert whose work focuses on European human rights and criminal law, constitutionalism, and the impact of technology on the law.
