Francis O'Gorman is Saintsbury Professor of English Literature at the University of Edinburgh. He has edited Anthony Trollope's The Duke's Children (2011), Framley Parsonage (2014), The Way We Live Now (2016), and Orley Farm (2018) as well as Elizabeth Gaskell's Sylvia's Lovers (2014) and John Ruskin's Praeterita (2012) for Oxford World's Classics. His other most recent books include the Twenty-first CenturyOxford Authors, Algernon Charles Swinburne (2016) and volume 5 of the Oxford English Texts, Selected Prose of Edward Thomas (2017).
