Authority: 33 U.S.C. ?21, ?03; 46 U.S.C. ?01; and 33 CFR 151.25. Purpose: The Coast Guard will use this information to inspect ships and enforce compliance with MARPOL 73/78 and 33 CFR 151 Subpart A.
