Über den Autor
JohnnieDaniel earned a Ph.D. degree from the University of Michigan, and a J.D. degreefrom the Georgetown University Law Center. He teaches courses in research methods and statistics at HowardUniversity. He has also taught at LoyolaUniversity (Chicago), the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, TuskegeeUniversity, and the University of Michigan. He presents workshops on evaluation research, survey research, andproposal writing for researchers and others in government and privateindustry. He has worked for the Divisionof Research and Statistics of the Social Security Administration, the Institutefor Social Research at the University of Michigan, the legal newspaper Los Angeles Daily Journal, the Districtof Columbia Public Schools, and the Illinois Department of Public Aid. He served as a scholar in residence for theHealth Care Financing Administration, and as editor of the Journal of Social and Behavioral Sciences. Throughout his career he has conductednational and community surveys and other research across a wide range of topicsfor such private and public organizations as the National Science Foundation,U.S. Department of Transportation, U.S. Department of Treasury, U.S. Bureau ofthe Census, U.S. Department of the Army, U.S. Departmentof the Navy, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, District ofColumbia Public Schools, DuPont Chemicals, Martin Marietta Corporation, theInstitute for College Research Development and Support, and the WashingtonUrban League.
