Hugues Séraphin is Senior Lecturer in Event and Tourism Management Studies at the University of Winchester, UK. Prior to his career in academia, he worked in various roles in the tourism and hospitality sector in the Caribbean and in Europe.Tatiana Gladkikh is Senior Lecturer in Business Management at AFG College with the University of Aberdeen, Doha, Qatar. She previously worked at the University of Birmingham and the University of Winchester in the UK.Tan Vo Thanh is Associate Professor in Management Science at La Rochelle Business School - Excelia Group, France. His research has been published widely across books, book chapters, and peer-reviewed journals.
