Become a Creative and Critical Thinker! The Developing Core Literacy Proficiencies Program offers you the knowledge, skills, and habits you need to become a successful literate person. You will learn the skills it takes to be an accomplished reader, thinker, and writer, and gain the knowledge necessary to grow your literacy. Make Evidence-Based Claims: Become proficient as a maker and prover of claims.
