Bruce Carscadden Architect is a design studio based in Vancouver. In a decade of practice, their studio has designed and executed numerous building types for a variety of clients, with an emphasis on community recreation projects in British Columbia. Carscadden Thrift is structured in the spirit of the translation from drawing (speculation) to material (actual). Über den Autor
Ian Ross McDonald, MAIBC, is an associate with Bruce Carscadden Architect. A graduate of the University of British Columbia School of Architecture and Landscape Architect, Ian has been practicing architecture in Vancouver for six years. Ian's work at BCA includes the Architectural Institute of British Columbia Lieutenant-Governor's Award Medal winning Swalwell Park Pavilion. Jim Nicholls is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Washington College of Built Environments, Department of Architecture. He practiced architecture in Vancouver for 10 years and, since 1996, has been in Seattle, teaching design studios, and material and assemblies classes to architecture students.
