Über den Autor


The AuthorPeter Scott is Professor of Education and Director of the Centre for Policy Studies in Education, University of Leeds. He was Editor of The Times Higher Education Supplement 1976-1992, and previously a leader writer on The Times. He was originally a historian; and educated at Oxford University (Merton College) and the University of California at Berkeley (Graduate School of Public Policy). He holds honorary doctorates from the University of Bath and the CNAA; is Honorary Fellow of UMIST, Fellow of the SRHE and Member of the Academia Europaea.
