This book employs critical theory to investigate the different worldviews involved in an engagement with indigenous normativities, and to suggest practical solutions for overcoming the systemic inequalities between Indigenous and non-indigenous cultures. Drawing upon recent conceptualisations of 'spatial justice', the book draws attention to those injustices masked by the operation of the dominant legal culture.
