Fit for the Soul is a 21-day devotional book that encourages women with biblical truths that you are loved, you have a purpose and you were created to live in freedom. It began as a series of journal entries in the time of receiving the news of having stage three colon cancer at the age of 29. These pages follow Samantha Alday on her journey through cancer-from surgery to having chemotherapy, to recovery. It is about a path toward not only physical but spiritual health.
