Über den Autor
Dr. Rodney D. Smith is the Associate Director in the International Center for Supplemental Instruction at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He is also a Graduate Adjunct Professor in the School of Education and founding advisor for the Men of Color Campus Initiative. Dr. Smith's career in education spans 20 years, where his scholarly interests have focused on educational leadership and administration, African American student achievement, culturally responsive and reciprocative pedagogy, diversity & inclusion, and urban education. Dr. Smith holds a Doctor of Education Degree from Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Morris Brown College. He lives in Kansas City, Missouri with his wife and two children.
