People migrate to Germany out of a variety of different reasons. According to UN-conventions ratified by the German government as well as to the Basic Constitutional Law of the Federal Republic of Germany human rights are to be entitled to every human being - independently of his or her sex, race, religion or residence permit status. One fundamental part of the human rights is the right to health as a precondition for a life in dignity. Contrary to international contracts today this right to health is being refused to people who live in Germany without stay permit.
