Ranked in the Thinkers 50 as one of the world's top business gurus, Jonas is an advisor and consultant to multinational corporations and helps run the Swedish Management Group - one of Scandinavia's leading management development companies. He's a visiting professor at Ashridge Business School. His previous books are the international bestsellers Funky Business, Karaoke Capitalism and Funky Business Forever (co-authored with Kjell A. Nordström). Mark Wilcox is the founder of the UK-based consulting firm, RedThread Consulting. Its clients include Sony, the British Army, HSBC and Hilton Hotels. Prior to launching RedThread, Mark spent twenty-five years working in the corporate world. At Sony Europe he was responsible for talent development programmes and was Director of People and Organizational development covering 9,000 employees in 23 countries.
