Über den Autor
Peter Newell is a research fellow at the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex. Andrew Scott was Director of international programmes and policy for the Intermediate Technology Development Group (now Practical Action) until 2011. He is now a research fellow at the Overseas Development Institute. Shirin M. Rai is a reader in the Department of Politics and International Studies, University of Warwick.
