Über den Autor
Yuwen Li, Ph.D (1994) in international law, Utrecht University, is Associate Professor of Chinese Law at Utrecht University. Her publications cover a wide range of topics concerning the judicial system, development of NGOs, and the legal profession in China. Jenny E. Goldschmidt, Ph.D (1981) in law, Leiden University, is Professor in Human Rights Law and Director of the Netherlands Institute of Human Rights, Utrecht University. She has published mostly on legal pluralism, equality and non-discrimination.
