WILLIAM BROWN, PHD, CPA, CISA, CITP, is Chair of Accounting at Minnesota State University, Mankato, where he has taught accounting and management information systems. HARRY HOWE, PHD, is Professor of Accounting and Director of the MS in Accounting Program at SUNY-Geneseo.
