Über den Autor


Richard Parker is Senior Visiting Professor in the Institute for the Study of Collective Health (IESC) at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and Executive Director of the Brazilian Interdisciplinary AIDS Association (ABIA), as well as Editor-in-Chief of the journal, Global Public Health, published by Routledge. Jonathan García is Assistant Professor in Global Health at Oregon State University, where he directs the graduate program in Global Health. His research on global health disparities is carried out in partnership with community-based organizations in Brazil, Peru, and India.
