Über den Autor
Kenneth Miller, MD, is director of the Lance Armstrong Cancer Survivorship Program at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, MA. He is also an instructor at Harvard University Medical School and director of the annual Harvard Continuing Medical Education course on cancer survivorship. Dr. Miller has been a medical oncologist for 20 years and is founding director of the Connecticut Challenge Cancer Survivorship Program at the Yale University Cancer Center. He has authored numerous journal articles and one previous book, Choices in Breast Cancer Treatment: Medical Specialists and Cancer Survivors Tell You What You Need to Know.
