Über den Autor
Alma Harris is Lecturer in Education in the Centre for the Study of Teacher Development and School Improvement at Nottingham University. Her most recent research and writing has focussed upon school effectiveness and school improvement. She is a Research Associate of the International Centre for School Improvement at the Institute of Education, London.Nigel Bennett is a lecturer in the Centre for Educational Policy and Management in the Open University School of Education. He is the author of Managing Professional Teachers: Middle Management in Primary and Secondary Schools, (published by Paul Chapman 1995) and is currently researching the cultures and subcultures of very effective schools.Margaret Preedy is a lecturer in the Centre for Educational Policy and Management, School of Education, The Open University.
