Michael D. Coombs is associate professor of higher education and student affairs at Bowling Green State University in Ohio. He is the editor of The Role Student Aid Plays in Enrollment Management and coeditor of Student Services in a Changing Federal Climate in the New Directions for Student Services series. Robert DeBard is associate professor of higher education and student affairs at Bowling Green State University, where he also serves as the interim director of the School of Leadership and Policy Studies. Author of Getting Results: A Guide to Managing Resources in Student Affairs, he was formerly the dean and campus executive officer of Firelands College of Bowling Green State University.
