He held senior positions in culturally diverse organisations in the Far East, USA and Europe managing, interacting and implementing cross cultural programmes. He conducts project portfolio assessments and its implementations for several organisations. He advocates Sun Tzu's Art of War as a strategic thinking process for complex programmes and change management initiatives. He is the author of the best-selling Strategic Supply Management: An Implementation Toolkit.
