Dr James Tolhurst was on the staff of the Royal English College Valladolid and Dean of Studies for the Permanent Diaconate in the Southern English dioceses. He is the series editor of the Newman Millennium Edition, his many books published by Gracewing include The Church, A Communion in the Preaching and Thought of John Henry Newman and the annotated edition of Newman's Tracts for the Times.
