Robert E. Litan is a senior fellow in Economic Studies at the Brookings Institution and vice president for research and policy at the Kauffman Foundation. Among his many books is Good Capitalism, Bad Capitalism, and the Economics of Growth and Prosperity (Yale University Press, 2007), written with William J. Baumol and Carl J. Schramm. Jonathan Rauch is a contributing editor of the National Journal and a guest scholar at the Brookings Institution who has written widely on a variety of public policy issues. His books include Demosclerosis: The Silent Killer of American Government (Times Books, 1994) and Kindly Inquisitors: The New Attacks on Free Thought (Chicago, 1995). Robert E. Rubin is Director, Chairman of the Executive Committee, and Member of the OFfice of the Chairman of Citigroup, Inc. He was formerly U.S. Secretary of the Treasury.
