Über den Autor
Kwame Senu Neville Dawes was born in Accra, Ghana on July 28, 1962. His father was the Jamaican poet and novelist, Neville Dawes, his mother, Sophia, is Ghanaian, a social worker, sculptor and artist who now lives in Tortolla. In going to Ghana, Neville Dawes (who had been born in Nigeria of Jamaican parents) followed in the footsteps of his missionary mother and father in keeping an African-Jamaican connection alive. This has been an important element in Kwame Dawes's consciousness.
