The Ars Edendi Lectures have been organized by the research programme at Stockholm University funded by Riksbankens Jubileumsfond during the years 2008-2015, with a focus on editorial methods for dynamic textual traditions of medieval Greek and Latin texts. Über den Autor
Brian M. Jensen is Associate Professor in Latin at Stockholm University and member of the Ars edendi research programme. Editor of Lectionarium Placentinum. Edition of a Twelfth Century Lectionary for the Divine Office I-IV (Firenze: SISMEL - Edizioni del Galluzo, 2016-2017). He has published numerous studies on medieval liturgical poetry, Mariology and hagiography, especially in Piacentinian sources, e.g. the commentary to the facsimile edition of the Liber Magistri from 1142 and an anlysis of its selection of tropes and sequences. Moreover, he has published the first complete Danish translation of Regula Benedicti and studies on Cicero's pro Caelio and the fables of Phaedrus. ORCID: 0000-0003-3446-0016
